will make every effort to keep customers happy and satisfied.

If a product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we are not
able to replace the product, we will offer you:

  • Another product of comparable value
  • A refund equal to value of the faulty product
If you return the product ensure to provide us with the following details:
  • Your full name
  • Order number or Invoice number
  • Reason for returning

Note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates
to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you at no charge.
